Megan was happy to join the WDHN team in August of 2011, and is excited to meet the residents of the Wiregrass.
A graduate of Troy University, Megan was an active member of the "Trojan Nation," where she cheered on the Troy football team to two Sunbelt Championships; once as a freshman on the All-Girl Cheerleading squad, and again in her senior year as a dancer for the unrivaled Sound of the South Band.
An avid reader, you can always find a book in Megan's possession. She is also very interested in children's literature, and has a blog that she updates with her books she recommends to families. You can visit that at www.literacymattersweekly.blogspot.com.
Megan has always dreamed of becoming a reporter, and is thrilled to begin her career in Dothan.
Please feel free to contact Megan with comments, questions, or "just stop by to say hello" on her Facebook page or her email: mhunter@wdhn.com
