Eldon Birdie Bond

Eldon Birdie Bond, a resident of the Tumbleton Community in Henry County, died Wednesday morning, Nov. 14, 2007, in a Dothan hospital. He was 75. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, 2007, in the Piney Grove Primitive Baptist Church in Headland with Elder Clayton Nowell and Elder Thomas E. Bond officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Holman-Headland Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 4 until 7 p.m. Friday at the mortuary in Headland. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Piney Grove Primitive Baptist Church, P.O. Box 401, Headland, AL 36345. Complete funeral arrangements and surviving relatives will be announced by Holman-Headland Mortuary. Holman-Headland Mortuary, (334) 693-3371, is in charge of arrangements.
