Mrs. Melva Shipmon Flowers passed away on Sept. 29, 2007, at Dale Medical Center. She was 74.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 6, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. from Saint Paul A.M.E. Church, Ozark, with the Rev. J.F. McLoed officating. Bural will be in the old Ozark city cemetery.
Mrs. Flowers was born on March 15, 1933, to the late Oscar and Eva Mae Shipmon.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Lloyd Flowers of Ozark; two daughters, Cynthia Fenn and Gwendolyn Brown; one son, Timothy Flowers, all of Ozark; seven grandchildren, Gerald, Andrew, Ashley, Amber, Ariel, Alexis and Angela. We will surely miss you, we love you.
