John Wesley Crawford is preceded in death by parents, Clayton Crawford and Cleo Ammons Crawford; two brothers; two sister; one son, Derrell Bruce Crawford.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Annie Vera Suggs Crawford, Webb; a daughter, Judy Cargill and husband Jerry, Malvern; two sons, Ken Crawford and wife Carolyn, Webb, Ronnie Crawford and wife Ann, Webb; grandchildren, Eddie Cargill and wife Kim, Malvern, Brian Crawford, Webb, Lisa Evans and husband John, Columbia, Angela Brown and husband Greg, Anna, Texas, and Pam Holt and husband Ken, Webb; four great-grandchildren, one sister, Bevelyn McNeill, Andalusia.
Graveside serices will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007, at Enon Church of Christ Cemetery with Kent-Thornton-Meadows Funeral Home directing. The family will be receiving family and friends at the residence of Mr. Crawfords son and daughter-in-laws home, Ken and Carolyn Crawford, 1569 Enon Road, Webb. Officiating will be Mr. Crawfords grandson-in-law, Mr. John Evans.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all contributions be made either to Wiregrass Hospice or Enon Church of Christ Cemetery Fund.
