Mrs. Maunette Baggett Dowling, wife of Oscar Dowling, formerly of Hartford passed away Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2007, at her home in Panama City, Fla., after a long battle with cancer. She was 80. In keeping with her wishes, she will be cremated. Complete arrangements will be announced at a later time. Bottoms-Garden Chapel in Hartford, (334) 588-3250, is in charge of arrangements.
