
Mrs. Ola Lee Tillery Stinson died Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at Ozark Health and Rehab Center. She was 83.
Funeral services for Mrs. Stinson will be 11 A.M. Friday, August 17, 2007 in the Ward-Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home tonight from 6 to 8 P.M. At other times the family will be gathered at the home of Mrs. Stinson's daughter, Julie Pippin. Flowers wil be accepted.
Mrs. Stinson was born January 8, 1924 in Pike County, Alabama, the daughter of the late John Tillery and Lizzie Leger Tillery. She retired from Ansel inthe early 90's.She enjoyed cooking for her family, especially red velvet cake. Her true joy came from her family, always coordinating famil gathering. She will always be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by husbands, A.C. Farmer and Floyd Stinson, daughter Sara Bowman, son-in-law Ralph Bowman, one brother and two sisters.
Mrs. Stinson leaves behind daughters, Julie Pippin and her husband Tracy from Malvern, Lisa Hinson from Dothan, sons, Douglas Wayne Farmer from Wicksburg, Robert Farmer and his wife Ruth from Dothan, Ray Stinson from
> Malvern, Jerome Stinson and his wife Lynn from Coffee Springs, brother James Wallace Tillery from Rehobeth, twenty grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Ray Stinson, Robert Farmer, Lee Farmer, Kenneth Boone, Josh Haffner and Billy Smith.
