Gladys Robinette Bryan of Dothan passed away Saturday, Aug. 11, 2007, at her residence. She was 83.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Wednesday at Robarts Garden Chapel in Wauchula, Fla., with burial in New Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Robarts Family Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bryan was born March 28, 1924, in Dale County and lived in Wauchula for most of her life. She was employed as a home health care nursing aide with G. Pierce Wood Hospital in Arcadia, Fla.
Survivors include a son, Jerry Hutto and wife Carolyn of Wauchula; daughters, Linda and husband Bobby Walet of New Orleans, Beverly and husband Tim McAllister of Arcadia, Jane and husband Gene Turner of Arcadia; brother, Louie Frank Robinette and wife Bobby Ann of Montgomery; sister, Flowers Dykes and husband James of Dothan; grandchildren, Candi Larner, Miles Gibbs, Joy Roberts, Kim Price, Brandy and Bobby Walet, Lindsay, Luke, Logan and Landon Turner; great-grandchildren, Dylan and Cade Roberts, Kara and Jay Keen, Ty and Sarah Price, Emily and Abby Gibbs; and several nieces and nephews whom she dearly loved and they loved her.
