Yvonne Burton Thomason of Wilmington, N.C. (formerly of Ozark) died Tuesday morning, July 31, 2007, at the residence of her daughter in Evington, Va., following an extended illness. She was 76.
Funeral services will be Friday, at First United Methodist Church in Ozark at 2 p.m. with the Rev. John D. Reese III officiating. Burial will follow in Westview Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. prior to services.
