John-Allen "Hucky Buck" Watson of Campbellton, Fla., died Thursday, July 26, 2007, from injuries received in an airplane accident. He was 7.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, July 30, 2007, at the First Baptist Church of Graceville, Fla., with the Rev. Britt Green, Buford Cox and David Watford officiating. Burial will follow in Marvin Chapel Cemetery with James & Lipford Funeral Home directing. Family will receive friends at the First Baptist Church of Graceville on Sunday, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made in his memory to Graceville Elementary School Library, 5331 Alabama Street Graceville, Fla., 32440.
John-Allen was born Nov. 4, 1999. He was an honor student at Graceville Elementary School going to the second grade. John-Allen attended the First Baptist Church of Graceville and was a member of the Graceville Cub Scouts. He was No. 24 with the coach pitch team the "Yankees" and was also No. 24 on the Graceville coach-pitch all stars. John-Allen enjoyed fishing, hunting, collecting knives, guns, arrowheads and riding his dirt bike.
John-Allen is survived by his parents, Travis and Marcey Watson; grandparents, David and Janet Watson, all of Campbellton, Barbara and Bobby Stroud of Dothan, Steve and Brinda Joyner; great-grandparents, Peggy Jackson of Dothan, Leo Joyner, Juanita and Charlie Nelson, all of Chipley; uncles and aunts, Terry Watson, Michael Hinson, Tim Joyner, Sandy and Gene Watson, Johnny and Karen Pelham, Larry and Carolyn Jackson, Ralph and Linda Anema, Jerry and Becky Watson, Scott and Sonja Harrell, Mike and Paige Horton, Brenda and Dewitt Scott, Ashley Odom, Jamie Tharpe, Danny and Marie Grover; best friends, Jade, Brent, Jace, Luke, Sophie, Macie, Julian, "Sip," "Pug," Clay, Joe Bill Hodges; a host of cousins and friends.
