Hugh Odom of Samson passed away at his residence on Monday, July 16, 2007, after a brief illness. He was 73.
A graveside service will be Thursday in Travelers Rest Cemetery at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Sam Totten officiating.
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 332 N. Lauderdale St., Memphis, TN 38101.
He is survived by his wife Hazel; one son, Keith Odom and his wife Beth; one daughter, Dawn Enderle and her husband Richard; one stepson, Johnny Grimes; four grandchildren, Ally and Ann Odom, Marcus and Megan Grimes; three brothers, Lindsey Odom, Clifford Odom and Walter Parker; and three sisters, Mary Ruth Smith, Lois Shultz and Doris Proctor.
Pittman Funeral Home in Geneva, (334) 684-2600, is in charge of arrangements.
