Mrs. Irene Mock Hollon of the Kelley Place in Enterprise passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2007 in the Medical Center Enterprise. She was 94.
Funeral services will be today in Patterson-Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. with Dr. John Granger officiating. Burial will follow in the Damascus Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 1 p.m until service time. At all other times the family will be at the home of her sister, Sally Allen, Hwy 134 in New Brockton.
Mrs. Hollon was born Nov. 28, 1912, in Coffee County to the late Walter Thomas and Alberta Donaldson Mock. She had lived in Montgomery for a number of years before moving to Enterprise 10 years ago. During the time she lived in Montgomery she was a member of the Southside Baptist Church (Goode Street Baptist Church).
Her husband Ted Hollon preceded her in death.

Survivors include a stepson, Bryant L. Hollon (Judy) of Valley; one sister, Sally Allen of New Brockton; one brother, Bill Mock of Quincy, Fla, two grandchildren, Randall Wade Hollon and Jeffrey Brian Hollon; three great-grandchildren, Taylor, Hunter and Harper Hollon; numerous nieces and nephews.
Patterson-Sorrells Funeral Home, (334) 347-9598, is in charge of arrangements.
