Mrs. Bernice Vaughan Maddox of Enterprise, AL passed away Saturday, June 16, 2007 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan. She was 81.
Funeral services will be 10 am Monday, June 18 from the Patterson-Sorrells Funeral Home chapel with Reverends Ron Ball, Dean Moore and Glenn Crumpler officiating. Burial will follow in the Meadowlawn Cemetery with Patterson-Sorrells Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 2 until 4 pm. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Heritage United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, 2911 Rucker Blvd., Enterprise, AL, 36330.
Mrs. Maddox was born April 18, 1926 in Elba, AL to the late Luther and Flora McArthur Vaughan. In additional to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Lamar Vaughan.
