EUFAULA MAN KILLED IN WRECK

A one-vehicle accident on Alabama Highway 110 in Bullock County left one person dead and another injured. The wreck which happened about 9:30 a.m. Monday, left Jas Winford McGilvary, age 63 years old from Eufaula, dead. Leon Benton Singer, also age 63 from Eufaula, was the driver of the 1997 Ford Aerostar van, and was taken to Bullock Memorial Hospital. Both McGilvary and Singer were wearing seatbelts. The accident is still under investigation.
