STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL MAKES STOP IN WIREGRASS

Alabama`s top cop made a stop in the Wiregrass yesterday, and he says one of his missions is to better protect our state`s law enforcement officers. Attorney General Troy King spoke to Dothan Kiwanis Club yesterday, and expressed his dedication to keeping the men and women of law enforcement safe on the job. Ashford High School student Lindsey Campbell shared her appreciation to the Attorney General and related her concern for her father, Ricky Campbell, a state trooper stationed in Houston County. As chief law enforcer for the state, the Attorney General said his passion for law enforcement came at an early age growing up in Elba, when the sheriff there was shot and killed.
