Updated: January 7, 2009
A family in Dothan is sorting through what is left of their home after a fire yesterday. This blaze happened shortly after one o`clock in the four-hundred block of Sequoya Drive. Investigators say the fire started in a vehicle parked under a carport. It didn`t take long for flames to destroy it and another vehicle, and then engulf the home. Fortunately, the dwelling wasn`t completely destroyed, and the family is safe, thanks to a passer-by.
