Think today is just another ordinary Monday? Thank again. It`s actually the most depressing day of the entire year, according to one British Psychologist. London`s "guardian" newspaper reports that Cliff Arnall, who specializes in seasonal disorders at Cardiff Univeristy in Wales, claims to have scientific proof that missery climaxes every January 24th. His equation takes into account such things as gloomy weather, post-Christmas debt, failed New Year`s resolutions, and the perceived lack of anything to look forward to.
