A man stopped at the Alabama Welcome Center south of Dothan, and received anything but a welcome.
The man was the victim of an armed robbery that took place around noon yesterday. Three men reportedly robbed a truck driver at gunpoint at the Alabama Welcome Center on 231 South.
When the suspects fled south in a white Jeep Cherokee, they were spotted and met by two Houston County Sheriff`s officers, Lt. Susan Seay, and Investigator James Brazier.
Three suspects are now in the Houston County Jail in connection with the crime....19-year-old Charles Edward Moore, 22-year-old Christopher Simms, and one other suspect who is just 17-years old. All three are charged with robbery, first degree.
About 200 dollars was taken in the robbery, some of which was recovered.
Fortunately no one was injured.
