MISSING KINSTON MAN FOUND DEAD

The body of a Kinston man missing since New Year`s Day has been found. At a press conference yestrday, Kinston police told the media that the body of Joey Finkley was finally found in a pond. It turned up near the location where Finkley was last seen. Although police had searched the area twice before, Finkley`s body was finally found there, and has been turned over to the Alabama Department of Forensic Science. Police will release additional details after the autopsy is complete. The Police Chief of Kinston said at yesterday`s conference that many law enforcement agencies from around the Wiregrass have been working non-stop to find Finkley, and had even gone as far as Florida to try and locate him.
