DOTHAN I-10 CONNECTOR GETS BIG FINANCIAL BOOST

The Dothan I-10 connector gets a big financial boost after receiving 11-million dollars in federal funds. Yesterday, Congressman Terry Everett announced the approval of the 2005 Federal Appropriation Bill, which included funding for various projects around the state. At the top of that list, the I-10 connector, which will receive the 11-million dollars, is more money than any other project in Alabama. Also included in that list is the Wallace College in Dothan`s "Readiness Program amd Future Teacher Initiative"...that program will receive 400-thousand dollars in federal funds.
