IRS REFUNDS

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
You may be one of the lucky Alabamians who`s owed money from the IRS. The Internal Revenue Service announced that it is looking for over one thousand Alabama taxpayers whose income tax refund checks could not be delivered by mail. A spokeman with the IRS says they`d like to distribute the refunded money, but the problem lies with residents needing to correct or update their mailing addresses. If you think you may be one of those Alabamians needing to do so, then be sure to log onto www.irs.gov, and check it out. The average undelivered refund this year was 661 dollars, increased from last year`s average of 534 dollars.
