Veterans have an opporunity to fill their hearts with gratitude, and their stomachs with free food. It is all a part of an annual event sponsored by Golden Corral.
Yesterday, the crowd at Golden Corral was booming, veterans filed in, waiting for a hot meal, but the manager said yesterday`s crowd paled in comparison to what they will see Monday.
This coming Monday, from 5-9PM, there will be free meals to anyone who has served in the military, those that served in any way, even active duty are encouraged to come. The restarant wants veterans to come so much, that they have even recruited Veteran Senator Bob Dole for TV commercials, and every year, the veterans dinner has been a success. Every year the crowd is larger than the year before. It`s not just a chance to eat a great free hot meal, a chance to chat and catch up, but most importantly, feel appreciated.
Remember, you can join Golden Corral for Military Monday, this Monday, November 15th, from 5 to 9PM.
