breaking news
In March of 1998, David Kevin Hocker beat and stabbed to death his boss, Jerry Wayne Robinson. He was convicted in October of 2000 of capital murder. Robinson owned Webb Detailing, and had given Hocker a job there.
Hocker lured his victim to a wooded area in Headland where he committed the murder, stole Robinson`s truck and used his ATM card to withdraw 400-dollars to buy crack cocaine.
After serving two years for murder, Hocker came back to Henry County where he waived his right to an appeal, and spologized to Robinson`s family.
He said he had made peace with God, and was ready to accept his punishment of death...Hocker`s execution is scheduled for 6 o`clock today in Atmore, which is outside Mobile.
