There is more legal turmoil for the world`s largest retail chain. Walmart is facing allegations of discrimination from African-Americans who applied as truck drivers for their distribution centers. The lawsuit was filed in Little Rock. It claims Walmart discourages, or outright rejects African-American applicants for driver positions here in the south. One of the distribution centers involved is right here in Alabama. Attorneys who filed the lawsuit are trying to make it a class-action suit. Walmart has strongly denied the charges.
