HOUSTON COUNTY DEPUTY BACK IN TROUBLE

A former Houston County Narcotics Officer is back in trouble with the department he "used" to work for...last week we told you about that deputy being arrested for tampering with drug evidence. After getting out on bond, Michael H. Spivey was arrested again Monday along with his wife...both were charged with possession of a controlled substance.
This came after the Sheriff`s Department issued a warrant to search Spivey`s home...they were looking for department equipment including weapons he hadn`t returned. While searching, they ran into a whole lot more than just guns.
Spivey`s bond is set at 10-thousand dollars...his wife has a one thousand dollar bond. They each could face one to ten years in prison, if convicted.
