FRANCES BLOOD DRIVE TODAY

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Even though we didn`t see too much in the way of damage here, the storm did create a need of a different kind. The Wiregrass Chapter of Lifesouth is in need of help because the storm forced the cancellation of other blood drive efforts, leaving a shortage of blood in our community. Lifesouth is planning an emergency blood drive to help take up the slack. They are hoping people of the wiregrass will pitch in and help bring the supply back up to a safe level. The blood drive is being held today from 9am to 7pm at Lifesouth Headquarters on Ross Clark Circle. They will be giving away pizza, and will have drawings for prizes for anyone able to come out and donate.
