In Holt, Alabama, a 14-year-old girl was found dead after being held hostage in her home by a man engaged in a stand-off with police. Tuscaloosa County Sheriff Ted Sexton says James Lee Bester was arrested after the stand-off...and will be charged with murder. Bester was under protective order to stay away from the family that lived in the home after seven domestic violence complaints were filed against him. Several shots were fired during the confrontation. The relationship of Bester to the family is still unknown.
