Another trial going on in Judge White`s Courtroom...involving Eugene Andrews who is charged with first degree murder. Andrews was arrested for shooting his wife Denise in August of 2000 in Cedar Heights Apartment Complex. The couple was apparently arguing over the wife`s extra-marital affair. Andrews is pleading not guilty in the case...the defense holds that the defendant`s wife shot him and then turned the gun on herself during a struggle over the weapon. Both the defense and prosecution held their closing arguments yesterday, and the jury is expected to begin deliberations today.
