Making news around the state, more questions to add surround the upcoming corruption trial of former Governor Don Seigelman.
A fourth judge assigned to hear the case could be tossed out...that is, if prosecutors get their way.
They claim that Judge U. W. Clemon has ties to Seigleman, and that his daughter, a Birmingham attorney, represented multiple state agencies during Seigelman`s term as governor.
Three other judges previously appointed to preside over the trial have already stepped down because they, too, had ties to the case.
