COTTONWOOD POLICE LOOKING FOR MOTORIST

Cottonwood police are searching for a motorist who caused some damage with his vehicle. At around 11:15 Tuesday night, Cottonwood Fire & Rescue and Police responded to a knocked down power pole, powerlines and a stop sign had been hit. The problem was, the person who did the damage was nowhere to be found. Police are looking for the suspect, who they think may have been under the influence...and if not found, the hit and run driver could do more damage to the local taxpayer. The estimated damage of the wreck is a thousand to 15-hundred dollars. If anyone has any information about this incident, please call the Cottonwood Police Department.
