LOCAL MAN CHARGED WITH STATUTORY RAPE

A local man is charged with the statutory rape of a 15-year-old girl....Johnny Lee Durry, age 24,is out on bond, after being arrested and charged with the statatory rape on Saturday. He was brought into the Dothan Police Department for questioning, after the father of the 15-year-old girl contacted officials, "alleging" Durry had a sexual relationship with his daughter....watch News 18 at 5, 6 and 10 for story updates.
