BREAKING NEWS - DOTHAN CITY COMMISSION PASSES RSA, 5-2

The Dothan City Commission has decided to join the Retirement Systems of Alabama, by a vote of 5-to-2. There was much debate recently about joining the RSA or staying with the current city retirement plan. Watch a full report about this news story tonight on WDHN News 18 at 5, 6 and 10 p.m.
