MISS HARTFORD WINS CROWN

Mindy Brannon was crowned Miss National Peanut Festival at the Dothan Opera House Saturday night. Elisabeth Peter, Miss Houston County was named first runner-up, Jessica Peacock, Miss Wicksburg 2nd runner up and Miss Cottonwood, Kristen Sides 3rd runner up. Miss DeFuniak Springs, Liberty Williams was selected 4th runner up. In all, 55 young ladies participate in this year`s event that was televised live by WDHN News 18. The festival itself opens Friday night, October 31st.
