DEPRESSION FIZZLES-ANOTHER SYSTEM WATCHED

Tropical Depression #9 has lost what little punch it had though forecasters at the National Hurricane Center have not totally ruled out the possibility the system could reorganize. However, the most attention is now focused on a developing system well out into the Atlantic Ocean.
