DOWNTOWN PARKING LIMIT TO BE ENFORCED

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Dothan Police have not been enforcing a two hour parking limit during recent years but that is about to change. Merchants and others downtown are complaining a lack of parking spaces is hurting business and they want something done about it. There has been some growth in the downtown sector and those who run businesses in "old" Dothan want to see that growth continued. They say limiting the time people can park in a single space will allow more people to do business in downtown Dothan.
