It's been a little more than a month since little Ethan Gillman was rescued from that Dale County bunker. Students and family members of slain bus driver Chuck Poland were able to take another step in the healing process Thursday.

State Superintendent Tommy Bice and the State Board of Education adopted resolutions to honor Poland and each student on the bus that horrific day. Poland's widow and daughter got their first opportunity to meet the students the late bus driver called his own. A memorial has also been set at the State Board Of Education in memory of Poland.
