Charles Cunningham

Charles Cunningham of Newton, Alabama took his journey home to heaven Wednesday February 25, 2013.  His battle with cancer ended at his home and a peaceful journey began.

A private memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, March 3, 2013 at his home for only his close friends.

 Mr. Cunningham served his country with pride in the U.S. Army for 20 years and then retired.  He worked with AutoZone for many years in management until he retired from the work force.

He was well loved and respected by all who knew him.  He was a great father, a kind friend and had a great sense of humor.  He loved his animals and his cats especially loved him and always wanted to be near him.

 He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward Ray and Beatrice Ann Kyser; two brothers and one sister.

 He is survived by his sons, Edward Cunningham and his wife, Crystal of Newton Alabama, Chuck Cunningham, Jr. and his wife, Rena of Lima, Ohio; his daughter, Angie Cunningham of Lima, Ohio; six grandchildren and other family members also survive.
