Malzahn Makes Another Addition to Auburn's Staff

By: Josh Rultenberg
Updated: February 15, 2013
Gus Malzahn made an off field hire today just like Nick Saban did yesterday.

Auburn's head coach has brought in Spain Park's Chip Lindsey for an unspecified role.

The two have known each other since Malzahn recruited Philip Lutzenkirchen out of Lassiter in 2009.

And Lutz actually weighed in on the hire on Twitter.

"Chip Linsey to Auburn is the best news since America developed Tivo. Amazing coach/person and an even better friend. Wish I had 4 more yrs!"
