William (Bop Bop) Edward Ferleman, Jr.

William (Bop Bop) Edward Ferleman, Jr. passed away February 9, 2013 at the age of 88 after a long illness.
Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Monday, February 11, 20 at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Eric Greer officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 P.M. Sunday, February 10, 2013.
He was raised in Birmingham, Al before joining the Navy during WWII. After the service he had a lengthy career in the aircraft industry retiring from Pemco, Dothan in 1992.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ola May Latham Ferleman, his father, William Edward Ferleman, Sr., sisters, Anna Mary Pilato, Ruth Virginia McMahan, and nephew, David McDaniel.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Ruth Anne Graves Ferleman, daughter, Pat Ferleman Tyson and husband, David, daughter, Deb Ferleman Shouppe and husband Eddie, son, Jim Ferleman and wife, Linda Dasinger Ferleman, grandchildren, Niki and Nigel Aman, Christy and Mark Coskrey, Jake Tyson, Josh Tyson, and Matt and Angela Shouppe, great-grandchildren, Meaghan Aman, Peyton Tyson, Jack Coskrey, Ben Coskrey, three nieces and four nephews.
