Alabama Democrats laid out their agenda for the 2013 legislative session and a few hot buttons issues are on their list.  A priority for Democratic lawmakers is a state lottery.

The money would pay for college scholarships for A-B Honor Roll students and pay for trained police officers to be in every public school. It's expected the lottery would raise $250 million annually.

Although many voters were against the idea of state lottery back in 1999, many people have had a change of heart.
