Video: Man Who Knew Dykes Wishes He Had Warned Others

A man who lives near the man accused of holding a young boy hostage in an underground bunker said he saw disturbing actions on the part of Jimmy Lee Dykes. 

Another neighbor said there were strange things about Dykes that were hard to explain. 

Also, there is now new information about the bunker.
