Mr. Brinson Preston Wilson of Dothan passed away Friday, January 25, 2013, at his residence. He was 84.
Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Judy Dyson officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 to 11 A.M. Tuesday, January 29, 2013, one hour prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted.
Mr. Wilson was a member of Cloverdale Baptist Church. He loved fishing, gardening, and he loved his family dearly.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Wilson and Mayo Kersey Wilson, and one brother.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Wilson of Dothan; daughters, Vicki Wood and her husband, Glen (Chip) of Ashford; Belinda Hoffman and her husband, George of Ashford; son, Bobby Wilson and his wife, Andrea of Dothan; one sister and brother-in-law, six brothers and sisters-in-law, grandchildren, Sgt. Curtis Hoffman (Marines), Veronica Wood (Air Force), and several nieces and nephews.
