After the Northview football team started off the week with five verbal commitments to college squads, the Cougars cross-town rival, Dothan Tigers began to catch up on Wednesday.

Outside linebacker Julian Jackson committed to Wake Forest University and inside linebacker Charles Corbitt says he will attend Stillman College.

Dothan head coach Kelvis White said Jackson was the Tigers' defensive MVP in 2012 and Corbitt can make an immediate impact on the next level.
