Dothan Police Arrest Man For Intentionally Striking A Pedestrian With A Vehicle

PRESS RELEASE

On January 18, 2013 the Dothan Police Department responded to a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in the 100 block of Little Oak Court. Upon arrival, police discovered the victim, an adult male, was suffering from multiple broken bones and laceration for which he was transported to a local hospital. Early in the investigation, police established the incident was not an accident but an intentional assault which was domestically motivated. The suspect, Robin Brackins, was arrested bringing the case to a close.

     Robin Brackins, white male, 44 years of age, of Little Oak Court was arrested and charged with First Degree Assault with a $30,000 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
