Dale Murphy Doesn't Falls Short of National Baseball Hall of Fame

Former Atlanta Brave, Dale Murphy was one of 37 candidates to fall short today, of the 75 percent needed to punch their ticket to the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

Murphy received just 18.6 percent of the votes cast, which was actually a percent improvement from last year.

This was the outfielder's final year on the ballot.
