Donate Old Coats For A Good Cause

By: Jamiese Price
Updated: November 29, 2012

The computer club at Houston Academy is teaming up with the Salvation Army and Village Cleaners to help bring needy families warm coats for the winter.

Every other year the students hold a coat drive and this year they're expanding it to the community.

Village Cleaners is donating dry cleaning services for the donated coats.

So far 75 coats have been collected. The coat drive continues until December 4th. If you have a coat to donate you can drop it off at Houston Academy or any Village Cleaners.
