Houston Deputies Nab Man Accused Of Having Sex With Underage Teen

An Enterprise man has been arrested on charges he traveled to Houston County where he had sex with a girl under the age of sixteen.  Court documents show  Roberto Paiz Bernabo, 39, is charged with one count each of rape, sodomy, soliciting sex electronically, and traveling to meet a girl under the age of legal consent for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity. The age of the alleged victim is believed to be thirteen.

The arrest comes after an investigation by the Houston County Sheriff's Office.  Details of the probe have not yet been released.

Paiz is jailed under $120,000 in total bonds.
