Millie F. Wilkinson

Mrs. Millie F. Wilkinson of Brundidge, AL (Tarentum Community) passed away Sunday, November 25, 2012 at Flowers Hospital.  She was 67.

            Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 28 at New Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Mack King and Rev. Lanny Shepard officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home of Enterprise directing.  The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday from 12 noon until service time.

            Mrs. Wilkinson was born October 15, 1945 in Coffee County, AL to the late Gerald and Susan Rugg Childs.  She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Glenda Hughes and a niece, Marie Brashear.

            Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Carlie B. Wilkinson, Brundidge, AL; 2 sons: Jeffery Wilkinson (Shirley), Palm City, FL, Phillip Wilkinson (Michelle), Tampa, FL; and 1 sister, June Callaway (Chris), Gulf Shores, AL.  Serving as pallbearers will be Jerry Wilkinson, Adam Wilkinson, Jody Brooks, Richard Wilcox, Keith Ward and Jeff Ross.
