Houston County Man Indicted On More Sex Charges

An Ashford man has been indicted of four additional sex charges; bringing the total number of charges he faces more than twenty.  

A grand jury, which met recently, indicted Bobby Lynn Smith on three counts of Sexual Abuse and one count of Enticing a Child.  

Smith was first arrested in 2011 on or about 19 counts of sex charges.  Published reports indicate as many as eleven victims were involved.  Smith was arrested on the latest charges during August and September of this year. 

Smith is scheduled for trial in early 2013.
