Mr. Doyle Randolph Wilkerson of Jack, AL (Victoria Community) passed away Monday, November 19, 2012. He was 89.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Haw Hill Assembly of God Church in Jack, AL with Reverend Shirley Ellis officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The body will be placed into the church 1 hour prior to service time. The family will receive friends at Haw Hill Assembly of God Church on Tuesday from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
Mr. Wilkerson was born November 11, 1923 in Coffee County, AL to the late Marshall C. and Nettie V. Wambles Wilkerson. He served in the United States Army during World War II. He was a member of Haw Hill Assembly of God Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Bass Wilkerson, a son, Eugene R. Wilkerson, and a brother, Kenneth Wilkerson
Survivors include 2 daughters: Margarette White (Jim) and DeLoris Marsh (Stan), all of Elba; 2 sisters: Ruby Lee Hayes, Palmeta, GA, Annette Griswold (Ewell), Victoria Community; granddaughters: Lori Martin (Randy), Elba, Miranda Coggins (Lane), Raymore, MO; grandsons: Paul Marsh (Danielle), Robertsdale, AL, Hayes White (Donna), Elba, Randy White (Connie), Elba, Killian Wilkerson, Cummings, GA; great-grandsons: Jamey White (Samantha), Joey White, Hunter White and Clay Cotney, all of Elba; great-granddaughters: Milayna Coggins and Keagan Winters (Chance); and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
