Iris Strickland Saltz

Mrs. Iris Strickland Saltz of Dothan passed away November 9, 2012, at the Southeast Alabama Medical Center. She was 62.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Raymond Holt officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.
The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 P.M. Monday, November 12, 2012. Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3054 McGehee Rd, Montgomery, AL 36111.
Mrs. Saltz was a member of Berean Baptist Church and was a loving wife and mother. She loved flowers and her family dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Quitman Strickland and Clara B. Williams Strickland, and a brother, Hulon Strickland.
Survivors include her husband, Kevin Saltz of Dothan; son, Jeff Bruner of Dothan; brothers, Joe Strickland of Dothan; Morris Strickland and his wife, Gwen of Dothan; Frank Strickland and his wife, Sandra of Dothan; and several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
